OneLuxe's Authentication Guarantee

In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a counterfeit item, we will:

1. Refund in full for any expense.
2. On top of the refund, match that amount in the form of store credit.

Example

If you paid $500 and received a fake item we will:

1. Pay the $500 back directly to your preferred payment method.
2. Provide an additional $500 in store credit, totaling to $1000 back.

This guarantee gives OneLuxe every incentive to make sure your item is, without a doubt, authentic.

If you're still unsure to the legitimacy of this guarantee, screenshotting this statement can (and will) hold us legally liable.

OneLuxe's Authentication Guarantee is subject to our Refund Policy.

You will firstly need to assemble a description of the worries you have regarding the product you received.

This can include but is not limited to:

- Material.
- Stitching.
- Flaws.
- Misspelling.
- Design Mismatches.
- ANY other suspicions.

Once you've identified the problem areas, please contact us.

Once received, we will conduct our own internal investigations with LegitGrails to review the product's legitimacy. If found to be fake, you will receive our guaranteed refund.

If the internal investigations conclude the item as authentic but you're still not convinced:

We would suggest authenticating your item using a different professional authentication service. If their conclusion deems it as a fake, we will rereview the product once more & bring your provided evidence to the attention of:

1) LegitGrails (again)
2) Another authentication service (separate to yours)

Including your authenticator, the total independent checks on the item would be 3 (not including CCIC).

To be provided your refund in this scenario, 2/3 of the commissioned authenticators must conclude it's fake.

• The Handbag Clinic
• Authentic Detective
• Other professional authentication services approved by OneLuxe at its sole discretion

OneLuxe reserves the right to reject authentication reports from unrecognized, non-professional, automated, community-based, or social-media-based sources.
